About Kristie
I’m Kristie Steele. I have always been inspired by great leaders ~ people who understand themselves and others in a way that enables them to make a difference. Some of them change lives, and some change the world. All of them help organizations thrive.
I work at the intersection of individual leadership growth and organizational effectiveness. I am passionate about helping leaders make shifts and take steps that make them more effective, impactful, and confident in their roles, as well as helping organizations design systems that support strong leadership and enable people to do their best work.
Kristie developed a highly engaging and effective Strengths-Based Leadership workshop for our management team. After just one session, I watched our managers intentionally draw on their own strengths, and those of their colleagues, to solve problems together.
